If the app or dashboard behaves unexpectedly, start here.
Common issues
- Provisioning backend temporarily unavailable: wait a few minutes and retry; if it repeats, contact support.
- Subscription link expired: sign out and sign back in, then copy the latest link from the dashboard.
- App cannot connect: verify the app supports VLESS/WebSocket, then refresh the subscription.
- QR code does not scan: copy the direct VLESS link and paste it manually.
- Purchased but no access: check the payment email and dashboard, then contact support.
Recovery tips
- Try another client app if one app is misbehaving.
- Reload the subscription after plan renewal.
- Use the support page to request account help if you are locked out.
